The Program Support Assistant position provides vocational support for all team members and Human Services staff that support the 3PL line of business. Primary responsibilities will be assisting team members in training, providing daily support to team members on the work floor, implementing behavioral techniques, monitoring and documenting client progress, providing daily feedback and case notes for team members, collaborating with team members/VSS/supervisors, assessing for accommodations, and providing first line support.
