Day Shift - 7.5 Hours (United States of America) Responsibilities Direct, coordinate, and supervise the daily operations of the program, including all clinical services, program planning, monitoring, and evaluation. Provide person-centered and trauma-informed care in accordance with the program’s Operating Certificate and clinical needs. Deliver group, individual, and family therapy as needed. Represent the agency within the community and collaborate with public and voluntary service agencies. Ensure adherence to Federal, NYS, and NYC laws, regulations, and program standards. Conduct ongoing staff meetings, including staff training, case presentations, and group supervision. Supervise staff and provide consultation on an as-needed basis. Maintain regular communication with psychiatrists, nurses, clinicians, and physicians involved in the care of assigned clients. Ensure compliance with RUMC Policies and Procedures, NYS Mental Hygiene laws, child abuse/neglect reporting requirements, HIPAA regulations, and all documentation standards. Monitor productivity, clinical record compliance, outreach efforts, and participate in treatment reviews. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Education & Licensure Requirements Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field required . LCSW or LMHC-D licensure required. Eligibility to supervise clinicians in accordance with NYS Office of Professions guidelines. Additional training or certification in trauma-informed care , adolescent mental health , or crisis intervention preferred. Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field required
