About The Position

The Center for Human Development, (CHD) is seeking a Program Supervisor to join one of our Group Living Environment’s located in East Longmeadow. This 4-bedroom site serves elderly women with persistent mental illness and complex medical issues. Your role as a Program Supervisor: In this role you will be a part of the 12-member team of supervisors within our residential programs. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Must pass background screening process including CORI
Valid driver’s license and have a clear driving record check
Have reliable transportation, for occasional business use

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s level or better preferred
Current: CPR & First Aid certification and MAP certification preferred
Detail Oriented: Capable of carrying out a given task with all the necessary details to get the task done well
Enthusiastic: Maintain an upbeat, positive morale
Ability to Make an Impact: Inspired to perform well by the ability to contribute to the success of a program and organization
