What You’ll Be Doing Lead and mentor a team of caregivers, ensuring exceptional support for individuals with disabilities Manage hiring, training, schedules, and smooth daily program operations Provide hands-on assistance when needed—meals, medication administration, personal care Support independence and community engagement through outings, work, and activities Model compassion, teamwork, and accountability for your team What We’re Looking For High School Diploma or GED, or 5 years caregiving experience in lieu of education Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, and insurance Strong communication and organizational skills A compassionate heart and a natural drive to lead by example Why Join Us Here, your work matters. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED, or 5 years caregiving experience in lieu of education
