Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED, or 5 years caregiving experience in lieu of education
  • Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, and insurance
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • A compassionate heart and a natural drive to lead by example

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a dedicated team of caregivers providing daily assistance to individuals with disabilities
  • Manage hiring, training, scheduling, and ensure smooth, effective program operations
  • Step in to provide hands-on support, including meal prep, medication administration, and personal care when needed
  • Encourage independence and community engagement by accompanying individuals on outings, work, and activities
  • Set the tone by modeling compassion, teamwork, and accountability
