About The Position

Sevita is seeking a confident, hands-on Program Supervisor to lead weekend operations and ensure high-quality, person-centered services. Lead and Succeed as a Program Supervisor at Sevita As a Program Supervisor, you will: Provide direct supervision and leadership to direct care staff Ensure staffing coverage, adherence to schedules, and completion of daily responsibilities Monitor service delivery to ensure compliance with company policies and individual support plans Coach, mentor, and support staff to promote professional growth and accountability Address performance concerns and assist with training as needed Serve as the primary point of contact during weekend shifts Model professionalism, compassion, and ethical decision-making Support individuals directly when operational needs require

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience: Prior supervisory or lead experience in human services, healthcare, or direct care preferred
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to direct staff, make sound decisions, and resolve issues effectively
  • Core Competencies: Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and time-management skills
  • Professional Traits: Reliable, accountable, confident, and compassionate
  • Transportation Requirement: A valid driver’s license is required
