About The Position

This position will be based out of our Alameda County site and will be primarily community‑based, requiring frequent travel throughout the county. We anticipate the Alameda County site becoming operational in April. If the successful candidate is hired before that time, they will spend two days per week at one of our sister sites (Manteca, Stockton, or Fairfield), with the remainder of the week dedicated to training and working from home. The Program Supervisor manages the functioning of service delivery teams, which provide a wide array of community-based youth and family support services.

Requirements

  • Completion of a clinical program with a Masters’ or Ph.D. degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field of behavioral or medical science from an accredited educational institution.

Responsibilities

  • Monitors and controls the delivery of assigned program requirements in accordance with Agency standards and acceptable professional practices.
  • Monitors and ensures that documentation and case records are developed and maintained in accordance with Agency and program standards.
  • Provides supervision and performance management of program staff, if applicable.
  • In partnership with the Executive Director, develops, maintains, and assures implementation of on-the-job training and orientation of new staff.
  • Monitors and controls the referral and intake process, maintaining high quality service delivery and good working relations within the community being served.
  • Implements and maintains quality assurance systems and reporting programs related to clinical services and participates on Quality Improvement teams as assigned.
  • Provides direct services as needed to ensure program and service delivery continuity.
  • Develops and maintains effective relationships with community agencies and stakeholders such as Social Services, Juvenile probations, Mental Health, and education.
  • If needed, provides on-call services for service delivery team.
  • Completes other duties as assigned.
