About The Position

At Above Expectations, we believe leadership in residential services is more than managing a home — it’s creating a safe, empowering environment where individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities can thrive with dignity, independence, and joy. We’re looking for a Program Supervisor who is passionate about people, strong in leadership, and committed to excellence.
