HOW A PROGRAM SR MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT ● Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned program area with annual revenues of $10M and above ● Staffs and leads a team to deliver against Customer requirements and priorities ● Leads the team in resolution of unique challenges ● Works collaboratively with Customer and other mission partners ● Support to Customer directly impacts national security ● Leverages latest commercial and open-source technologies to meet requirements WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED: ● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science or related experience ● Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience ● PMP Certification required ● Required Technical Skills: Understanding of Customer environment and demonstrated experience with technical delivery using Agile methodologies ● Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Polygraph ● Location: On Customer Site ● US Citizenship Required GDIT IS YOUR PLACE: ● 401K with company match ● Comprehensive health and wellness packages ● Internal mobility team dedicated to helping you own your career ● Professional growth opportunities including paid education and certifications ● Cutting-edge technology you can learn from ● Rest and recharge with paid vacation and holidays #OpportunityOwned #GDITCareers #WeAreGDIT #JET #ISP2024InnovativeTalent The likely salary range for this position is $180,200 - $243,800. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
Requirements
- 5+ years of related experience
- PMP Certification required
- Understanding of Customer environment and demonstrated experience with technical delivery using Agile methodologies
- TS/SCI w/Polygraph
- US Citizenship Required
- Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science or related experience
