About The Position

PROGRAM SR DIRECTOR Oversee complex programs that drive impactful mission outcomes for our customers as a Program Sr Director. Manage a team of technical professionals spread across multiple programs or tasks. Work closely with internal stakeholders (management, recruiting, contracts, accounting etc.) and external customers to meet business goals. The likely salary range for this position is $238,000 - $322,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.

Requirements

Past experience supervising technical staff
Program Management experience
Proposal experience
Experience leading large teams (20+ people)
Understanding of program/project financials
Strong business acumen
Culture / Personality fit with management team and technical staff
Good interpersonal communication skills
Strong MPO customer experience and mission knowledge
10+ years of relevant experience
Experience supporting recruiting/hiring and staffing process
Clearance: Active TS/SCI with an appropriate polygraph is required to be considered for this role
