About The Position

Program Sr. Director In this role you will oversee complex programs that drive impactful mission outcomes for our customers. You will provide management, direction, administration, QA, and leadership for the execution a > $100M annual revenue program. You will be responsible for overall quality and efficiency, including technical and business processes, and serves as the primary point of contact for the Government. The likely salary range for this position is $195,240 - $264,148. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of project program management experience managing complex programs of 250+ personnel
  • Certification: Active certification in one of the following: PMI PMP or Program Management Professional, DAWIA Level III Program Management, FAC-P/PM Level 3
  • Security clearance level: TS/SCI clearance with poly
  • US citizenship required

Nice To Haves

  • Education: Master's degree in Business Management, Project/Program Management or related field
  • Experience managing programs involving Intelligence Analysis related to Counterterrorism
  • Experience in IC performing in related subject areas
