About The Position
Provide oversight, direction, and implementation of assigned programs for support services, provide quality professional development, and ensure program compliance with federal and state regulations to promote a safe and supporting school environment for student success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited educational institution.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ classroom teaching and/or Student Services related fields such as School Psychology, School Counseling, or School Social Worker experience.
- Knowledge of technology and computer applications as related to traditional integration in classrooms and teacher/administrator professional development.
- Effective skills in oral and written communications with a wide range of audiences.
- Ability to communicate and work collaboratively with District personnel and the public.
- Skill in organization, time management and the ability to plan, organize and prioritize.
- A Florida Educator Certificate or certification in the appropriate field.
- Valid State Driver’s License.
Nice To Haves
- Master’s Degree preferred.
- Experience managing and implementing large projects.
