Duke Health Integrated Practice Duke Health Integrated Practice comprises more than 110 primary and specialty outpatient clinics, extending the reach of the Duke Health mission across the state of North Carolina. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Specialist to support the DHIP Provider Integration and Onboarding team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new clinicians by coordinating processes, maintaining systems, and supporting key operational functions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong communication and organizational skills, and is passionate about supporting healthcare teams.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate iForms requests for position creation
- Support creation and tracking of requisitions within SAP SuccessFactors
- Assist with PRMO clinician enrollment packets by collecting required documentation and submitting materials PRMO
- Maintain and update onboarding checklists within internal systems (DMR)
- Manage updates and content on the team SharePoint site
- Coordinate distribution and tracking of new clinician surveys
- Oversee team procurement card reconciliation and clearance processes
- Provide logistical and administrative support for monthly in-person new clinician orientation sessions
- Support additional onboarding and program operations as needed
