Program Safety Analyst
About The Position
Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a 777 Program Safety Analyst (Level 3) to join the Safety and Compliance team onsite in Everett, Washington. This role involves creating and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly metric decks, analyzing and interpreting data, and managing multiple projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The analyst will provide leadership updates, offer feedback on assessment results, and work with various organizations to develop strategies, plans, and metrics using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools. The position operates under general direction and includes supporting 3-4 second-level managers and their First Line Leaders, as well as running second-level meetings.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Data Analysis
- 3+ years of experience in collaborative problem solving, building lasting relationships & proficiency in written and verbal communication
- 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- 1+ years of experience working in cross-functional teams
- 1+ years of experience with process analysis, process development, and process improvement
Nice To Haves
- 3+ years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment
- 1+ years of experience with the Boeing Production System
- Experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role
