Raytheon - Air and Space Defense Systems (ASDS) is specifically seeking a highly skilled and mission-focused Program Risk Manager, Intelligence Analyst to join a growing team within the Space Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (S-ISR) Sub-Strategic Business Unit (SSBU). This position is located Onsite at US-CO-BUCKLEY-SFB-CUST and requires an active and transferable U.S. government issued TS/SCI with CI Poly security clearance prior to start date, with U.S. citizenship being a requirement.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in program management, risk management, or operations management and a minimum 8 years of prior relative experience
  • Experience in risk management and structure risk frameworks within the defense, intelligence, or federal contracting environment
  • Experience developing and managing risk registers, heat maps, and/or risk dashboards
  • Experience operating in a 24/7 environments
  • An active and in-scope TS/SCI CI Poly U.S. government issued security clearance is required for consideration. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

  • Strong analytical, decision making, and communication skills with the ability to brief senior executives and government officials
  • Completed Certification Process required for program operations
  • Experience supporting programs of record or large scale government contracts

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive risk management strategy aligned with government and contract requirements
  • Formulate and oversee risk mitigation plans, contingency strategies, and corrective action measures
  • Monitor program operations to identify emerging risks (technical, operational, programmatic) and assess likelihood and impact
  • Ensure risk management processes are actively applied across all shifts and teams to support uninterrupted operations
  • Work closely with operations, program management, and customer representatives to proactively manage risk across all functional area
  • Track risk metrics and trends, conduct lessons-learned reviews, and recommend process enhancements to strengthen program resilience
  • Support 24/7 operations crews by working a minimum of two proficiency shifts per month
