Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in transformation support, program coordination, resource management, or organizational change management
  • Experience in large, complex enterprise environments
  • Strong familiarity with resource management tools (specific tools not required)
  • Proven ability to connect people, process, and technology impacts
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
  • Experience supporting onboarding, training, or readiness activities
  • Ability to refine processes, document workflows, and introduce improvements
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams
  • Adaptable, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Senn Delaney or similar cultural shaping methodologies
  • Background in PMO, enterprise transformation, or change enablement
  • Experience improving cross-team collaboration models
  • Knowledge of project or resource capacity planning tools
  • Change management training or certification is beneficial but not required

Responsibilities

  • Managing resource tracking across multiple programs, including dedicated staff and phase-based business participation
  • Monitoring interdependencies, surfacing insights, and preparing clear visualizations for leadership
  • Leveraging resource management tools (commercial or custom) to drive visibility and efficiency
  • Maintaining a unified, cross-program resource capacity view to ensure readiness for training, testing, communications, and engagement activities
  • Partnering with the PMO to align timelines, resourcing, and adoption milestones to support the human side of change
  • Supporting improvements to processes and tools that enhance visibility and proactive planning
  • Leading and facilitating the onboarding/offboarding experience across programs
  • Managing, maintaining, and continuously improving the cross-program onboarding playbook
  • Delivering presentations to new team members, contractors, and vendor partners to set expectations and shape culture
  • Communicating updates, expectations, and cultural norms consistently
  • Supporting cultural initiatives aligned with program goals and enterprise transformation principles
  • Helping drive talent engagement activities and cultural shaping efforts
  • Applying Heidrick & Struggles (Senn Delaney) methodologies to reinforce new ways of working
  • Encouraging behaviors that foster a positive, collaborative, high-performance culture

  • Competitive Compensation – You choose the model that works best for you, both with company-sponsored benefits! $139,000–$149,000 annually or $75–$85 per hour. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
