As a Program Representative, you’ll be the primary point of contact for customers, building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction while supporting retention and growth. You’ll manage contracts and renewals with precision, respond to member requests, and coordinate services. You’ll also run utilization reports, interpret the results, and share insights with stakeholders, taking proactive steps to boost engagement when utilization is low. In addition, you’ll support accounts receivable by assisting with billing and payment followâup, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Along the way, you’ll provide training and support to customers and providers and contribute to business development opportunities that expand NuVantage’s reach.
