The Jobs Program Representative is assigned to the URM Learning Center and helps program participants with career assessments, skills development, job placement, and workforce readiness. Ensures the smooth progression of apprenticeship participation, facilitates document recovery, resource sharing, enrollment, fulfillment, and procuring employment programs and partnerships; manages schedules, materials, and logistics by providing communication and technical assistance between participants and URM’s Housekeeping, Kitchen, and Life Transformation departments. CORE WORK PRINCIPLE: Colossians 3:23 is the foundation of URM’s standard for employment, “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as though you were working for the Lord and not for people”.
