The Security Representative supports the Global Security–Program Security organization in executing high-priority national security missions. Key Responsibilities Regulatory Compliance – Implement and maintain security procedures and other applicable regulations. Customer Visits – Coordinate external visitors, ensuring proper access control, briefings, and compliance with security protocols. Badge Issuance – Create, issue, and deactivate identification badges and access cards in accordance with security policy. Team Collaboration – Work closely with other Program Security reps, program managers, and engineering leads to integrate security requirements into program execution. Incident Response – Assist in the investigation of security incidents, breaches, or potential violations; recommend corrective actions. Training & Awareness – Deliver or coordinate security awareness training for personnel and contractors. Maintain readiness to respond onsite during after-hours/weekend emergencies within 60 minutes. Provide onsite security support at Littleton, CO and travel up to 10% to CONUS locations. Familiar with SCI security requirements and policy and procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Personnel Security (PERSEC), Physical Security, and Operational Security (OPSEC). Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
