About The Position

The Capture Program Quality Engineer (PQE) will be responsible for performing the Quality role supporting new programs. This position will be the primary point of contact between all quality functions that serve to support these programs during the capture phase of the contract life cycle. This position will be responsible for supporting program meetings, technical requirement discussions, development of the Program Quality Management Plan (PQMP), risk identification and mitigation, coordination with all internal functional teams and customer negotiations. The position is intended to be an innovator to accomplish the successful integration and deployment of the quality systems and functions throughout Aeronautics’ capture value stream Must be a US Citizen. This position supports a facility that requires special access. Requirements

Must be a US Citizen
Experience developing processes and procedures for standard work
Experience building relationships with internal and external customers
Knowledge of applicable industry standards (AS9100, AS9110, ISO9001, FAR, DFAR, etc.)

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college
