About The Position

The selected candidate will join the Integrated Data Solutions (IDS) team on the Non‑Air Vehicle Integration and Delivery effort, to conduct data‑quality reviews, evaluate statements, respond to action requests, and monitor contract delivery requirements to ensure timely, accurate data delivery to our customers. The Non‑Air Vehicle group is responsible for releasing data that supports Alternate Mission Equipment (AME), Pilot Flight Equipment (PFE), laboratories, support equipment (SE), ALIS hardware, and training equipment. Specific tasks include, but are not limited to: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate AME/PFE Sustainment Part Information Record (SPIR) data for into the F-35 Autonomic Logistics Information System Partner with Sustainment Engineering and Provisioning teams to develop high-quality data products and processes while ensuring on-time, accurate delivery Perform and oversee AME data product deliveries for aircraft sustainment data builds in support of aircraft DD-250 and ferry Perform data quality analysis and data release of AME/PFE site effectivity tables and stores mapping documents Analyze customer problem reports by evaluating requirements, developing and executing solutions, and conducting root cause analysis Research, review, and record airworthiness certification artifacts and as-cleared configuration description documents for AME/PFE flight clearance validation Create and update AME/PFE Electronic Equipment Logbook and As-Delivered Bill of Material files Identify, communicate, and solve data quality issues, errors, and concerns Evaluate AME/PFE sustainment data attributes Assess PDM engineering and supplier as-designed (SDR J0820) release records Manage SPIR delivery schedules and technical document workflows Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) support and data reporting to Logistics IT product support providers Use, maintain, and improve Microsoft Access and Excel data analysis tools Write, update, and maintain work instruction command media documents Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access and a Secret Security Clearance after starting.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting F35 Production, Flight Operations, Sustainment, and/or ALIS
  • Proficient with Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and PDF editing tools
  • Experience/familiar with computer systems or data management concepts and/or database structure
  • Strong communication skills, written, verbal, and presentation both internally and externally, with customer
  • Must be able to obtain a US Government security clearance (need for travel to Support Sites)
  • Must be a US Citizen

Nice To Haves

  • Self-starter with demonstrated ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Experience in F-35 applications including LDM, PDM, JDL, ATLAS, ALIS, CMMS, ServiceFLO
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access
  • Knowledge in SQL, XML, Python, VBA, and/or Perl languages
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience in Database Design
  • Working knowledge of the provisioning process
  • Previous experience with ALIS

Responsibilities
