Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's level degree in any technical or managerial discipline.
- Experience:10 years professional experience in program/project management.
- Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of comprehensive readiness plans that align with NIWC Atlantic objectives.
- Facilitate readiness planning execution by coordinating efforts across NIWC Atlantic Competencies, Departments, and Executive Level Offices.
- Monitor readiness plan progress and outcomes to ensure alignment with NIWC Atlantic Lines of Effort, objectives, tasks, and ensuring the Command remains agile and responsive to new challenges and opportunities.
- Assist in the development of the Execution Plan Mission, vision, values, goals, objectives, and measures.
- Support readiness-related exercises.
