We are seeking an experienced and high performing Program Manager to lead and oversee project management and business analysis functions supporting the Office of the President of Customer Success. This role is ideal for a proactive, highly results oriented individual who can expertly manage a diverse range of projects from conception through delivery, while also providing high-quality business analysis to support strategic initiatives. We would be excited to talk to you if you are someone who is adept at program and process management with attention to detail, and enjoys solving problems through data and business analytics. This individual will own a handful of programs that are important to driving executive customer engagements, employee engagements among other initiatives. This requires the candidate to work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership to ensure project alignment with business objectives, drive continuous improvement, and deliver value to the organization.
