ASRC Federal System Solutions (AFSS) is seeking a Program Planning & Control (Business Specialist Associate) Analyst in Kennedy Space Center, FL. Responsibilities: Performs the Buy, Make and/or Bill of Material (BOM) planning activities associated with Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) transactions to include procurement, materials management and shop floor control. Performs one or more multiple manufacturing activities within various manufacturing functions. Maintain schedules, production orders, purchase requests, purchase orders and mitigate part shortages. Plans and schedules the movement of raw materials, parts, components, supplies and related materials through receiving inspection resulting in material movement throughout the production cycle. Expedites and optimize material flow through the supply chain to meet customer requirements. Coordinates with manufacturing and Operations Management to provide priority direction for shop floor, provides timely status and expedites or works around plans to preserve schedule. Coordinates with Supply Chain stakeholders including Procurement, Quality, Shipping & Receiving and Operations management to determine appropriate time phased plan for procured parts and executes processes to ensure deliverables meet production schedule requirements. AFSS brings a 14-year history of delivering high-performance space systems engineering, integration and satellite operations services to civil and defense agencies. ASFF provides these services throughout all phases of the program life cycle and across the entire space systems architecture, including space and ground assets.
