BAE Systems is hiring a Supply Chain Program Control Analyst to support our Ship Repair business onsite in Jacksonville, FL. The Program Control Analyst will work within the dynamic Supply Chain Department and serve as the business partner to the Supply Chain Program Management team. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 2 years work experience or equivalent experience
  • Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field
  • Knowledge of supply chain operations with government contracting
  • Ability to provide data-driven insights on program costs, budget forecasts, variances, and performance
  • Data analytics and reporting skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain
  • Experience in Supply Chain Financial Reporting
  • Knowledge of FAR/DFARS requirements
  • Advanced Excel skills

Responsibilities

  • This Supply Chain Program Control Analyst will be responsible in maintaining, managing, and reporting the budget in Supply Chain costs during Program execution
  • Play an intricate part in assessing and determining estimates at completion (EAC) across direct projects
  • Prepare and analyze reports to provide data-driven insights on program costs, budget forecasts, variances, and performance
  • Ensure costs are allocated according to established Program's Supply Chain goals
  • Analyze cost structures for projecting spend and identify new and existing areas for opportunities for Supply Chain Program Management
  • Prepare reports that compare budgets with actuals and may recommend revisions to the existing budget
