Position Summary: Reporting to the Executive Director, Entrepreneur Resource Center, the Program Operations Manager provides essential systems, reporting, and project coordination support for the Entrepreneur Resource Center (ERC) and broader VTCRC Innovations team. This role develops and maintains dashboards, workflows, databases, and documentation that ensure ERC programs and initiatives run smoothly and are measured effectively.
