About The Position

The Air Traffic Systems (ATS) business at Collins Aerospace, is excited to offer a rewarding internship opportunity for a motivated college student during the summer of 2026. As an intern, you'll have the chance to develop valuable program management and operational skills while gaining exposure to multi-level leadership. The ATS business works collaboratively with key functions offering you a unique perspective into the inner workings of an aerospace business.

Requirements

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Nice To Haves

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with others.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as effectively contribute in team-oriented environments.

Responsibilities

Perform designated assignments in support of business goals and objectives.
Assist in the planning and facilitation of meetings.
Gather, consolidate, and organize data through various systems and tools.
Participate in business lifecycle activities that support milestone achievement.
Collaborate with cross-functional matrix teams.
Develop a comprehensive briefing package summarizing your experience and present it to leadership at the conclusion of the internship.
