We are seeking a dynamic Program Marketing Manager to own and drive the marketing success of our clients' commercial and industrial energy efficiency programs. The Program Marketing Manager will be responsible for the entire marketing lifecycle, from suggesting strategy to hands-on execution, ensuring all activities align with program goals and contractual requirements. In collaboration with Cascade delivery teams, clients’ marketing teams, subcontractors and partners, the Program Marketing Manager will perform the full cycle of marketing activities including Marketing Plan development; audience segmentation; messaging strategy; collateral production; campaigns (digital and otherwise); content development and event support. They will support ongoing efforts to systematize Cascade’s overall program marketing approach and collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders to create a consistent marketing structure across programs.
