About The Position

This role provides the opportunity to lead the design, execution, and optimization of high-impact marketing programs for key product lines. You will work cross-functionally with product marketing, demand generation, content, design, web, SDRs, and field marketing teams to convert awareness into measurable pipeline growth. The position balances strategic planning with hands-on campaign execution, enabling you to influence business outcomes and customer engagement. You will be responsible for tracking performance metrics, optimizing programs based on data insights, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams. Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Proven ability to generate qualified pipeline through integrated marketing programs.
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Comfortable translating strategy into hands-on execution.
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns effectively.
  • East Coast-based candidates only.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and optimize integrated marketing programs that generate qualified pipeline for assigned product lines.
  • Establish quarterly pipeline goals and track performance against targets in partnership with marketing operations and sales teams.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of campaigns, including planning, budgeting, execution, measurement, and iteration.
  • Collaborate with product marketing to define audience segmentation, messaging, and value propositions.
  • Work closely with shared-services marketing teams and sales to ensure effective follow-up, conversion optimization, and feedback loops.
  • Monitor funnel metrics, analyze campaign performance, and leverage insights to refine targeting, messaging, and channel mix.
  • Maintain campaign calendars and budgets, ensuring alignment with product launch cycles and business priorities.
  • Provide regular performance summaries and recommendations to leadership.
