Our Programs are typically Rapid Development and Demonstrations of Advanced Integrated Communication Systems in a SWaP-constrained military airborne platform. Responsibilities also include support for tracking project financials, and building/nurturing client relationships with US Department of Defense and US aerospace/defense companies. GALT Aerospace Program Managers must know the fundamentals of project and resource planning such as integrated master schedule, work breakdown structure, resourced scheduling including critical path determination, risk identification and mitigation, and are responsible to understand the basics of defense contracting and contracting with suppliers and sub-contractors. GALT Aerospace Program Managers have significant responsibility and are held accountable for program success. Time management skills are extremely important to effectively carry out the demands of this profession. They must be team-oriented, with effective communication and cooperation. Program Managers are expected to know industry norms, and safe practices to effectively carry out their duties.
