Coho Integrated Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to lead and coordinate contractor support for analysis, assessment, policy development, and program evaluation of Marine Corps physical fitness and readiness programs, Quantico, VA. This includes oversight of data collection, trend analysis, methodology development, and the validation of physical performance standards. The position ensures timely delivery of analytical products, executive-level materials, and program recommendations to TECOM HPB leadership, while supporting the development of policies, doctrine, training standards, and communication strategies aligned to Marine Corps mission requirements. This position provides contract support to the United States Marine Corps Training and Education Command (TECOM), Human Performance Branch (HPB), delivering technical, analytical, and administrative support for the development, revision, validation, and assessment of Marine Corps Physical Fitness Programs (MCPFP) and the Marine Corps Total Fitness (MCTF) strategy. The role operates in a military staff environment, requiring coordination with TECOM personnel and external stakeholders to support physical readiness testing, policy and doctrine development, publications, and human performance communication initiatives.
