What You’ll Get to Do The Program Manager is focused on leading cross functional teams and resources, setting program standards, and evaluating progress to ensure successful outcomes across the value chain. This role is perfect for an individual who is organized, detailed-oriented, with great communication skills. A vital member of the Program Management Team, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, supply chain, or business
  • Progressive experience in program and project management, ideally managing integrated commercial, operations, and technical programs across the value chain
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Project, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Power BI).

Nice To Haves

  • APICS CPIM certified and/or Six Sigma Black belt preferred
  • PMP Certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive, achievable program and project plans, including scope, budget, resources, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, providing clear direction, support, and motivation to ensure program and project success.
  • Optimize project resources utilization and efficiency.
  • Assess and mitigate risks to achieve project outcomes.
  • Coordinate interaction and documentation processes between departments, customers, and organizational leaders to effectively manage cross-functional projects in parallel.
