About The Position

As a Program Manager, you will own the design, execution, and continuous improvement of strategic customer programs. This role requires a strong program management mindset - driving structure, alignment, and delivery - while also serving as a trusted partner to our customers. You’ll ensure initiatives are delivered on time, meet defined outcomes, and create measurable value for both customers and the business. The ideal candidate will have strong technical acumen and a proven track record of driving complex programs across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in program/project management, customer success, consulting, or related roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from concept to completion.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to define metrics, measure progress, and report outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of customer programs, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and outcomes are consistently met.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, building strong relationships and ensuring alignment between their goals and our solutions.
  • Translate customer objectives into structured program roadmaps with clear success criteria.
  • Manage program governance, including progress tracking, reporting, risk management, and escalation handling.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across product, operations, and leadership teams to drive successful delivery.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, optimize outcomes, and strengthen customer partnerships.
  • Provide customers with regular program reviews, data-driven insights, and strategic recommendations.
  • Champion the customer voice internally to influence product and service improvements.
