Advanced Energy is seeking a Sustaining Program Manager to lead cross‑functional teams and ensure the on‑time delivery and long‑term support of Plasma Power products. This role focuses on improving delivery performance, reducing lead times, supporting manufacturing readiness, and driving continuous product lifecycle improvements.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate cross‑functionally.
  • Highly organized, self‑driven, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • 3-5 Years of Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics or related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in semi-conductor desirable

Responsibilities

  • Lead sustaining projects and cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality.
  • Manage schedules, risks, KPIs, and deliverables to ensure on-time performance and product readiness.
  • Serve as the primary customer and stakeholder interface for sustaining program updates.
  • Partner with Manufacturing and Procurement to ensure material availability and factory build readiness.
  • Drive DFM alignment, quality targets, and cycle-time improvements with Design and Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Document program work, escalate risks, and drive issues to closure.
  • Support RFQs and sustaining program proposals as needed.
