Job Title: Program Manager (P&C Insurance domain) Location: San Diego, CA (Remote) Key Responsibilities: Drive program delivery, integrated planning and milestone tracking. Manage client stakeholders, escalations and reporting. Mitigate risks, ensure compliance and adhere to quality gates. Lead cross-functional own and customer teams. Should be able to discharge duties of Scrum Master Publish dashboards and KPIs using tools like Jira, Power BI. Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of digital project managers, providing mentorship and guidance. Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and design to development and deployment. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, understanding their requirements and providing regular updates. Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Collaborate with other departments, such as IT and marketing, to integrate digital solutions into overall business strategies. Conduct regular project reviews and provide progress reports to stakeholders. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, incorporating them into project plans. Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on digital projects. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Java stack technologies. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strategic mindset. Experience in working with Agile methodologies is preferred. Familiarity with project management tools and techniques, such as JIRA and Confluence. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent organizational and time management skills. A proactive and results-driven approach to project delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
PMP/Agile certifications preferred.
Proven experience in large-scale programs with client-facing role.
Strong skills in delivery, stakeholder engagement, risk management and communication
Program management in Agile/Waterfall model with onshore/offshore spread of servicing team
Flexible but focussed
Excellent communication, working with members of different culture to drive the outcome
MS Project, Jira/Azure DevOps, Power BI, Excel.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on digital projects.
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Java stack technologies.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
