About The Position

Our spectrum of home-based services now includes Skilled Home Health Care, Palliative Care, Adult Hospice Care and Pediatric Care. We are seeking a Program Manager that will be responsible for managing several large-scale cross-department programs and projects within our organization. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Economics, Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent.
Minimum seven years’ experience leading complicated programs and initiatives preferably in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

Create program and project plans that include all necessary information
Identify and manage stakeholders who directly impact the project success and the organization’s overall performance
Continuously monitor and track risks to ensure mitigation strategies are effective, and adapt approach as circumstances change
Create a comprehensive plan to identify what needs to be done, when, and for what cost/effort, allowing resources to be effectively assigned
