Our organization plays a pivotal role in disaster recovery and resiliency programs, including those funded through HUD Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR), Community Development Block Grant Mitigation (CDBG-MIT), FEMA Individual Assistance (IA), FEMA Public Assistance (PA), FEMA Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities (BRIC), and initiatives led by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). We are seeking a Program Manager with deep expertise in CDBG-DR funded disaster recovery programs to join our growing Florida team. Based in the Tampa Bay area and working alongside an experienced team serving Hillsborough, Pinellas, and surrounding counties, this role is central to LEMOINE's Florida program delivery and may support other Florida programs as our work expands across the state. What We Are Looking For in a Leader Thought Leadership Understanding the Business: Apply your extensive knowledge of disaster recovery and resiliency programs to advance the organization's goals, ensuring that funds are effectively allocated to disaster relief, recovery, resiliency, infrastructure improvement, and home elevation projects. Making Complex Decisions: Leverage your experience to manage complexity, make sound decisions, and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders within these specialized initiatives.
