This role will serve the KGS Edwards business in Americas in the capacity of Program Manager for Global Expansion. The role serves responsibilities to manage cross-functional coordination of the Global Sales growth initiative. It establishes project management best practices and processes in line with KGS policies to ensure on time and quality execution of this strategically important initiative. The ideal candidate will have a business background, preferably in the field of engineered products, and proficiency in Project Management. Good knowledge of end-to-end business operations is desired including product engineering, marketing, distribution, sales, and service.

Requirements

  • BS degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or related field
  • 4-5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in engineered products

Nice To Haves

  • MS degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or related field
  • Good understanding of end-to-end B2B product cycle
  • Ability to learn and adapt to fast paced business environment
  • Experience and expertise in MS Project or equivalent project management tool
  • Expertise in O365 suite
  • PMP Certification
  • Related experience in Fire Detection and Alarm or similar Low Voltage Systems

Responsibilities

  • Work in partnership with Global PMO Leader to establish and maintain end to end project master plan to support Edwards Global expansion
  • Provide support to Edwards Global Sales Leader and Edwards Product Management Leader in managing growth roadmap for the Edwards brand globally
  • Establish setup, structure and processes to ensure ownership, accountability, decision making and predictable outcomes for growth plans
  • Ensure full cycle project execution in accordance with organizational standards and policies
  • Continuous follow up, prioritization and closure of project tasks and dependencies
  • Establish standard methodologies, drive visibility, alignment, speed and efficiency in project execution
  • Manage overall business case, budget planning and spend across project activities
  • Develop and maintain Risk Assessment and Mitigation plan
  • Create and maintain project documentation repository and effective team communication
  • Prepare and maintain task and cost burndown
  • Establish reporting cadence to update on key performance metrics and execution progress
  • Expertly communicate with senior management and executives
