Program Manager Job Responsibilities: Program Manager is responsible for the overall management and operations of Family Care and Partnership Program teams in Ozaukee, Washington, Dodge Counties. Member Experience Ensures that member goals, standards, and expectations are understood and met by directing, managing and supporting efforts to deliver member care and services. Coaches staff to achieve the highest level of evidence-based practice. Monitors, plans and implements changes and/or improvements related to member care and services Employees Leads and supports efforts to enhance employees' work experiences and retain talent. Coaches employees and fosters a learning culture by identifying and encouraging professional development opportunities. Encourages and acts on employee feedback, and communicates organizational changes and impact. Supports programs that assist CCI in attracting talent. Expands CCI's profile in the community. Operations Ensures the achievement of operational goals and standards by communicating, directing, and supporting program/department operations. Ensures compliance with contractual, regulatory, and CCI policy and procedure requirements. Continually leads or supports efforts to improve operational effectiveness. Finances Directs, manages, and monitors the use of financial resources, including budgets, as required. Communicates financial metrics, and responds appropriately to budget variances. Operationalizes and supports a culture of effective cost management. Develops and supports cost-improvement strategies. Supports new business development, as needed Program Manager Job Requirements:Education: Required - Bachelor's degree in Human Services or Healthcare field Preferred - Master's in Human Services or Healthcare fieldLicensure: RN license is required if educational background and experience is in Nursing. CPR & AED required WI Driver's License requiredExperience: Required - A minimum of 4 years of experience in human services delivery with at least two years experience working with the target population served by the program being managed; Frail Elderly, Physical or Intellectual Disability. A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience including direct staff supervision also required. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services or Healthcare field
  • RN license is required if educational background and experience is in Nursing.
  • CPR & AED required
  • WI Driver's License required
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in human services delivery with at least two years experience working with the target population served by the program being managed; Frail Elderly, Physical or Intellectual Disability.
  • A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience including direct staff supervision also required.
