Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship required; Favorable Tier 1 Investigation (or immediate NBIS T1 suitability eligibility)
- Hybrid work with ability to support on-site as required (Alexandria, VA)
- Minimum fifteen (15) years of management experience or equivalent education/experience combination
- Current ITIL certification
Responsibilities
- Oversees the entire program and all associated teams supporting USPTO IT services.
- Ensures contract deliverables and SLAs are met and maintained.
- Acts as primary interface with Government leadership including COR and OCIO management.
- Provides administrative direction and commits corporate resources as required.
