You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to strategize, plan, and execute programs, conferences, and workshops, while fostering a positive and high -performing community culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Affairs, Business, or related field.
• 5 -6 years of experience in program, event, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Technical curiosity to understand and discuss technical concepts.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple work streams.

Nice To Haves

• PMI or PMP certification.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategizing, planning, and budgeting for Microsoft Research community initiatives and programs.
• Collaborate with research stakeholders to align program objectives with business priorities.
• Leverage available technologies to advise and guide the delivery of impactful program outcomes.
• Build and execute community engagement programs to support organizational priorities and recruitment initiatives.
• Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
