Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field; graduate coursework a plus.
  • 7-10 years of experience in program management or related roles supporting technical or production-driven environments.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross‑functional initiatives and managing customer communications.
  • Ability to interpret financial models, develop program strategies, and create structured project plans.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ERP/MRP tools.
  • Eligible candidates must be a: U.S. citizen, U.S. national, person lawfully admitted for permanent residence, temporary resident under sections 210(a) or 245(A) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, person admitted in refugee status, or person granted asylum.

Responsibilities

  • Drive program execution by developing integrated plans, managing timelines, and monitoring progress across engineering, operations, quality, and commercial teams.
  • Serve as the primary customer liaison , ensuring program expectations, technical issues, and milestones are clearly communicated and resolved.
  • Lead change management processes , including evaluation, coordination, and approval of program modifications.
  • Analyze program performance , including revenue forecasts, risk identification, mitigation planning, and regular status reporting to leadership.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional activities for product qualification, customer interactions, and readiness for production launch.
