About The Position

Grove Scholars at the University of Mississippi is a high-expectation, outcomes-driven initiative advancing capable first-generation and low-income students in STEM, health sciences, and accounting. Through disciplined mentoring, targeted financial support, and strategically deployed institutional resources, Grove Scholars cultivates academic excellence, professional formation, and long-term mobility from the first summer on campus through graduation. The program is grounded in rigor, integrity, and accountability. Its charge is not merely degree completion, but the production of graduates to enter demanding professions with confidence and credibility. The Program Manager is a core operational and intellectual force within Grove Scholars. This is a hands-on role for professionals who prioritize student success and understand that talent, when paired with structure and expectation, produces results.
