Pathways to Housing DC (PTHDC) is an innovative and nationally recognized nonprofit organization dedicated to ending homelessness for individuals with serious mental illnesses, co-occurring substance use disorders, and other medical challenges in our Nation's capital. PTHDC provides housing without preconditions, ensuring that those in need receive immediate support. Position Summary: The Program Manager for the Golden Triangle Business Improvement District (GTBID) oversees the administrative and clinical operations of two clinical street outreach case managers. This role is integral to our mission, as our outreach teams work to build trust with individuals experiencing homelessness by meeting their basic needs, including food, clothing, showers, laundry, transportation, and identification. The Outreach team also responds to concerns about individuals experiencing homelessness from various sources, including police, social service providers, business owners, workers, residents, and downtown visitors. When medical or psychiatric crises occur, the outreach staff intervenes as appropriate, providing immediate support and follow-up to ensure seamless medical or psychiatric care and a smooth transition back into the community.
