About The Position

Purpose and Scope: The Program Manager plans, directs, controls and monitors performance in accordance with the program contract and the Performance Work Statement. Oversees all contract deliverables as well as all service summary requirements. Essential Responsibilities: Manages the program to ensure fulfillment of contractual obligations including cost, quality and schedules while maintaining company profit motives. Acts as a point-of-contact for all matters relating to the assigned contract for representative between government personnel and program. Coordinates and/or approves local operating and personnel actions, policies, and procedures within the generalized framework of overall corporate guidelines. Responsible for contract administrative functions including safety, security, and labor reporting. Ensures adherence to established standards of individual performances and site discipline. Manages monetary resources in such a manner to keep the contract within budget guidelines and meet all budget objectives. Provides a high degree of customer satisfaction by quality performance and best return for their investment. Maintains as a liaison with customer representatives. Provides management guidance and control for the efficient utilization of human resources assignment, performance, morale, and overall welfare. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must be proficient in the use of personal computers and Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office to include as a minimum Power Point, Excel and Word programs
  • Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
  • Ability to develop and maintain excellent customer relationships.
  • Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills to support site operations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including negotiation, interpersonal, and project management
  • Contract Requirements in accordance with Appendix J: Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a US Secret Security Clearance
  • Undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university
  • A minimum of 14 years of management experience in related type programs is acceptable in lieu of an undergraduate degree.
  • 10 years of management experience in related type programs.
