Summary of Duties: Coordinate program communication, planning, action item tracking, business and technical decision-making and other information exchanges inside and outside of the Flogistix organization; recommend practical process changes and continuous improvement derived from technical data analysis, organizational assessment, and program progress. Capture and organize internal and external customer requirements. Create and maintain a cross-functional program schedule to track the status of project deliverables. Facilitate the resolution of existing issues, identification of potential risks, and implementation of risk mitigation tactics. Create and maintain financial analysis tools to calculate profit margins, return on investment, and other program metrics in collaboration with the Finance department. Create and maintain communication tools to enhance interdepartmental communication. Chair change control board to determine the necessity of proposed design and process changes. Support the Business Development team in exploring potential domestic and international business opportunities. Use skills in cost and data analysis to recommend both product cost-reduction opportunities and improvements in allocation of resources, scheduling, and business processes. Support the Finance and Supply Chain teams to build appropriate levels of inventory and spare part safety stock for the U.S. market by using historical data, lead time assessments, and supply chain risk analysis. Telecommuting is permitted, but applicants must live within a reasonable commuting distance. Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
