About The Position

Based in the Washington, D.C. Metro area, Pivot Path Solutions, LLC , is a government contracting and business solutions firm that offers enterprise IT solutions, strategic and acquisition planning, organizational development, and medical research and analytics services to help customers adapt and thrive in changing market conditions. Pivot Path Solutions is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee programmatic support for the Armed Services Blood Program (ASBP). The Program Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for Government leadership and will be responsible for organizing, directing, managing, and reviewing all technical and operational aspects of contract performance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field OR If no bachelor’s degree, minimum three (3) years of relevant experience.
Minimum three (3) years of program management experience.
Experience supporting DoD military and/or civilian customers.
Experience supporting medical, healthcare, or blood program operations within DoD.
U.S. Citizenship is required, and all selected applicants will be subject to a government security investigation. This includes meeting the eligibility requirements for access to classified information and the ability to obtain government-granted security clearance. Individuals may also be subject to background investigation including criminal history, employment verification, education verification, drug testing, and creditworthiness.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary interface between Pivot Path and ASBP Government leadership.
Organize, direct, manage, and review technical and operational deliverables across multiple complex and interrelated project tasks.
Develop, review, and oversee task plans, schedules, and deliverable milestones.
Facilitate and maintain communication across senior-level client leadership and internal team members.
Coordinate meetings with Government and contractor personnel to formulate, review, and refine task execution strategies.
Provide strategic guidance in the development of mission and vision statements and associated performance goals.
Lead development of operational plans with clearly defined, measurable outcomes.
Support capital outlay planning and assist in prioritizing initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.
Ensure quality control and compliance with contractual requirements.
Mentor and guide assigned personnel to ensure effective execution and continuous performance improvement.
