Leidos is seeking a Program Manager to lead the FLITE+ effort at Buckley Space Force Base. This role serves as a senior Missile Warning subject matter expert and enterprise‑level leader, driving strategic direction, technical oversight, and mission alignment across Missile Warning Integration and Test activities. As the senior authority for Missile Warning Integration and Test, you will guide a high‑performing team, shape enterprise‑wide integration strategies, and influence how next-generation Missile Warning capabilities are delivered to the warfighter. Your expertise will be central to solving complex technical challenges, advancing system performance, and ensuring the resilience and readiness of the Missile Warning mission. Anticipated start date: 1 April 2026 What You’ll Be Doing Serve as the Program Manager for Missile Warning Integration and Test, providing enterprise leadership and mission‑focused direction. Lead and mentor the Missile Warning Integration and Test team, ensuring technical rigor, operational alignment, and execution excellence. Deliver senior‑level, independent consultation across Missile Warning technical and management domains. Drive problem definition, analysis, requirements development, and implementation for complex integrated systems supporting the Missile Warning mission area. Provide strategic recommendations to enhance system performance, optimize integration approaches, and support long‑term sustainment. Maintain deep familiarity with adjacent technologies, programs, and interfaces that impact or integrate with Missile Warning systems.
