As we continue supporting the United States Army and Joint missions across the Fort Detrick / Fort Meade corridor, we are growing our team of cleared professionals across engineering, cybersecurity, program management, logistics, and mission support disciplines. Our Frederick location will serve as a collaborative hub supporting programs operating in the Fort Detrick and Hanover / Fort Meade region, offering proximity to customer sites while providing flexibility for our cleared workforce. As a Program Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and oversight of complex Government programs supporting mission-critical operations. You will work closely with Government stakeholders, technical teams, and program personnel to ensure the successful delivery of program objectives within scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining compliance with contract requirements and operational mission needs.

Requirements

  • Current and Active Top Secret Clearance is required
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience managing Government programs
  • At least five years of experience in a supervisory capacity, managing and supervising personnel
  • Experience managing Contractor or Government teams, including requirements analysis, project costing, deliverable tracking, and schedule/financial data monitoring
  • MA/MS/MBA from an accredited college or university in Business, Accounting, Program Management, Operations Management, or Engineering
  • PMP Certification and/or DAWIA Program Management Certification in Program Management

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end program management for complex, mission-critical Government programs, including budget, schedule, trade-off analysis, lifecycle cost, risk management, and requirements development
  • Develop and maintain Strategy Reports, the Performance Work Statement (PWS), and Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs)
  • Assess program procedures, practices, and documentation for compliance with contract specifications and operational mission requirements
  • Serve as the primary interface between Government stakeholders and Contractor teams, coordinating technical direction, tasking, and schedule changes across multidisciplinary efforts
  • Serve as the focal point working with the assigned COR, and maintain detailed knowledge of all daily activities associated with the PWS
  • Maintain weekly-updated SharePoint repositories supporting secure program execution, including third-party support agreements and equipment/software warranties
  • Issue formal expiration notices at 120-, 60-, and 30-day intervals for agreements and warranties
  • Track program finances and material execution using SharePoint-based tools, including material CLIN purchases, WBS tracking, schedules, staffing, invoices, risks, and available funding
  • Receive and manage SETA-related complaints and notify the Contracting Officer (KO) and COR of serious, sensitive, or EEO-related matters
  • Designate and oversee an alternate Program Manager to ensure continuity of operations
