About The Position

The Program Manager plays a critical role in driving cross-functional alignment and execution across sales, operations, and engineering to support business growth and enhance customer satisfaction. This position serves as a central point of coordination for strategic programs, new business opportunities, and key customer initiatives. The Program Manager ensures seamless communication, prioritization, and delivery across teams while optimizing processes, improving efficiency, and support the successful execution or organizational objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, engineering, business, or related field (or equivalent)
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing as a Program/Project Manager
  • In-depth understanding of manufacturing operations and supply chain
  • Coaching, developing, and managing sales teams
  • ERP and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Project management and organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities
  • Customer-focused and results oriented

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Business Manager and Business Development Manager to support strategic growth initiatives
  • Manage new customer onboarding and identify opportunities for business expansion
  • Maintain and support relationships with key customer accounts
  • Serve as a customer-facing representative as needed to ensure a high level of service
  • Lead and oversee daily inside sales operations
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of quotes and customer orders
  • Drive improvements in team efficiency, responsiveness, and overall performance
  • Collaborate with Production Manager to support material planning and availability
  • Partner with Engineering and Quality teams to identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors
  • Lead initiatives to reduce costs and improve lead times
  • Optimize inventory levels and establish effective reorder points
  • Align production priorities with overall business objectives
  • Ensure new product introductions (NPI) are aligned with sales and marketing priorities
  • Identify and resolve cross-functional challenges to improve workflow and execution
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations and sales functions
  • Monitor KPIs and ensure accountability for results
  • Other responsibilities, initiatives and ad-hoc projects as required.
